backup MS Entourage X

I want to backup my entourage X (contact, mail, calendar) into a CD. But I dont know where MS Entourage keeps my stuff. Is it in the library? preference? and btw, whats the file extensions does entourage' calendar uses? *.mbox?

on my mac under jaguar, its in the documents folder. microsoft user data folder.
