I am selling a Belkin NE Sport Skin for 4G iPods. It is in like new condition, only been used once. It comes with a lanyard that can be attached to the rubber skin. I am asking $15 for this item. Thanks.

does the bottom have a hole for the wide plug?

It has a hole to plug the docking cable in, yes.
