Hmm weird..

I am scared off by the "Platform: Windows XP" part..

Yes this will work just fine. Sports Interactive puts out a Hybrid Disk, which contains both the Mac and Windows versions. Very thoughtful of them. Also, if you do get it, there is a patch out, maybe by the time you get it there will be a second patch depending on when/if you get.
