iChat AV - Can't do a video conference?

Ok, so I got my iMac G5. :D Loving it so far. I try to do a video chat with a fellow member on the boards, ITASOR. I can do it with some people on AIM and some I can't. What's wrong here? ITASOR says he's done it with other people. I've done it with other people, too.

Settings? I really wanna take advantage of this iSight.

We both (ITASOR and Me) have DMZ enabled on the router, and no firewalls.

It's so freaking picky. It works with some people, not others, then with them but not the others. It drives me crazy.

I don't understand why it doesn't work, it shouldn't be that hard.

I can see it not working with anyone at all maybe, but some people and not others just doesn't make sense. Someone save me.
