The ball is in Saddam's court at this point. As President Ronald Reagan said "trust but verify." Sec. Colin Powell said today the war is not certain, Saddam needs to abide by UN resolutions.

I think Saddam is just stalling...AGAIN! His back is to the wall. If he gives up his weapons now, we'll indict him for war crimes for ignoring the terms of the peace treaty of '91. And if we invade, we'll take him out. He's not an idiot, he knows this. So he is constantly buying time. The question is, for what? At this point, we need to go in, take his government out as quick and clean as possible to prevent mass disruption in the country, and then rebuild, like we always do.
