An 82-acre town in Northern California sold Friday on eBay for $1.78 million, a strong price considering the sellers called the place a "fixer-upper" and the first bidder had wanted to pay only $5,000 for it.

Acually a house nears me is being sold and it has like 4,000,000 SQ FEET!!
It is supposto be like the 2ed biggest private owned house in the U.S.
It is more like insane. This place have original rembrants and even more... :eek:
I think they even have there own site, i must find it one of these days.
