Has anyone heard about a simple, easy-to-use, and fairly inexpensive MIDI sequencing application (MIDI, only ...... no audio) that's been released for OS X, yet?

i haven't heard of any midi-only apps for X...wouldn't surprise me if one didn't exist because there's such a small market for midi-only software.
your best bet is to find a "lite" version of logic or cubase and ignore the audio portion. believe me, sooner or later you'll want the audio portion.

Propellerhead's Reason may be an option, and is inexpensive for what it is. Also, I think a version of Nuendo is set to be released early this year (that will be designed for OS X). You would have time to save those pennies.
