OK, so the first one was kind of lame, but the last one with Vern Troyer and Yao Ming was great.

Anyone know if they're posted on the net anywhere to view?

Thank you, hope we see them on TV tonight! The sooner they are used the better. "JAG", "The Guardian" & "NYPD Blue" would be good good choices.:)

The first one was just okay, but the second one was very funny. I laughed pretty hard. good job apple, hopefully there's more of these to come. :)

I like the first one, because it gives you a true, pure relation from others as to what you might expect from the new Powerbooks. I think it was a little lengthy, though.

When I saw the second one with Yao Ming, I was LMAO, big time. Now that commercial has to appear at least once during the Superbowl.

Remeber guys, that the Advertising Agency (Chiat) did 90% of the work and creative on these spots. Good job to all the Art Directors, Creative Directors, AEs, Director, and the production guys.

The commericals are funny, I like the Yao ming one. It has to get *some* air time.

How so? I'd like to know what you find objectionable...

The Vern Troyer & Yao Ming has got to go down as the best commercial since "1984".

"Rip, Mix, Burn" with Barry White gets my vote as 3rd place on the podium.

Really great stuff!

I can see that, but I think it's fairer to simply say they are exaggerations of opposite ends of the spectrum.

To make the spot funnier there has to be a striking difference between the two guys. A 5'6" guy with a 17" notebook and 6'6" guy with a 12" doesn't really drive the point home.

They should have done one thing differently. In the ad, Vern watches a Chinese movie on his 17 incher while Yao is watching a basketball game on his 12 incher. (You can even see someone dunking.) Instead, Yao should be watching an Austin Powers movie with Vern watching the basketball game.
