Sorry if this is posted elsewhere but I think Jony Ive made a nice edition to the New Year's Honours list with a CBE for 'services to the design industry'.

He's always been keen to stress that all Apple's designs are a team effort which not only makes him very talented but also a very nice guy to boot not a combination you see often.
