Can't move item to trash

I have a file that was in the process of being downloaded from Explorer. It never finished downloading and is now saved on my desktop as a .sea file. When I try to move it to the trash I get a message saying that I can't because it is being used for something else. How can I get rid of this?Thanks.

I would assume that a simple logout would solve the problem. If not, then surely a restart.
