WTB: Pismo 500MHz [Archive] - MacRumors Forums

I'm looking for a well equipped Pismo G3 PowerBook (400MHz or 500Mhz) to hold me over until I get a nice new Intel based iBook later in 2007. I would like a good condition, "fully loaded" unit if possible. I can always upgrade RAM and hard drive, but I'd be willing to pay a little more if someone already has one with upgrades. I'd like at least 340MB RAM, and a 20GB hard drive. I do not need an OS on it if that is an issue.

I would buy off eBay, but I would rather buy from someone here because I trust fellow Mac nuts who know their stuff over regular computer user joe.

I'd like to keep the price under $375, if not lower. But, I'm flexible.

hmm, just curious, but how soon are you looking to buy? Also, just wondering why you would want a an older Powerbook?
