Featured on the Today show, today, is a family of four for sale on ebay. It seems that ebay has stopped the auction, haha. Really for 5 mil what are you buying? Love? I guess ebay shut the auction down for lack of a prouduct? Last time I checked love wasn't something you could buy...
Oh wait the Joe Millionaire show on Fox. My mistake. You really think the girls did for love. Or 50 Mill?
For a starting price of $5,000,000.00 I would want more than free christmas cards and a call on my birthday.

I remember Sarah Michelle Gellar before she was famous. She played Kendall Hart on "All My Children," as Erica Kane's daughter. That was in the early 90's, I miss her on the show.

You ARE a woman aren't you! Why did you say you were a guy on the male female thread?

My wife got me interested in the Soap Opera. My father-in-law a retired physician, is addicted to 3 soap opera's. It was my grand parents that 1st started me on a soap opera "General Hospital". Remember talking about it with my mother, my dad got angry when he found out it was just a soap opera. So its not just women that are interested. College students plan their classed around a soap opera, male & female! ;)

when i first enrolled in college my friends( who had been there a year already) suggested i plan my classes around AMC and GH...after figuring out that AMC and GH were soap operas, i laughed my ass off. how incredibly stupid.
by my second year, i had no classes in the soap "time slots"...thankfully, it was a pastime i left upon graduation..all my other college pastimes( drinking, drugs, promiscuity...) took a few years to kick...;)
but hey, soaps aren't any more banal than watching football or baseball.

The auction was removed because eBay prohibits the sale of human beings or parts of human beings on their site. This auction would have had to have been for their services, which would be a hard arguement to make.
I'd have left the guy if he put me and our kids up on ebay...

I don't think she would. She is quite tough after working in Buffy
the Vampire Slayer. She has done all those fight scenes, and a
bunch of stunts. Most of the stunts on Buffy she does on her own.

The only good soap opera drama in my life was As the Apple Turns, but they stopped updating :(
I have friends that must see certain soap operas every day...
I really have better ways to waste my time...

No they didn't. They took a vacation. Their last update was 3 days ago. Admittedly, it's infrequent, but not stopped.
