Take a look at Ventrilo as well, there's an OS X version of the server and it works like a charm.

Those are test servers..can I use them all the time?
How are people using this?

What are you trying to do? You have to start a server or someone you know has to have one. I've used it for Americas Army. It's not like there is a list of them (that I know of). We get a group of people together for AA and start a TS server. Then we all play together and talk.

ahhhh ok, thats what I was trying to figure out.
Someone has to start it!

Now I can go to step two then.
