Nintendo WiFi - How to Connect with Airport?

Can anyone here give me step-by-step instructions on how to get the Airport Express to allow my DS to connect? I should mention that I also use Comcast cable modem to access the internet.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but the DS cannot get an ip address or some such madness.
