Sorry to post so many threads, but who knew I had so much to sell?

This is a NEC ND-2510A inside of a 5.25" external enclosure with two Firewire 400 ports and one USB 2.0 port. The case is a bit dirty on top, but there's a chip on the inside left side of the case, but you can't really see it. Nothing affecting performance, though. The specs on the drive are:

CD / DVD type: DVD±RW (+R double layer)
CD / DVD read speed: 40x (CD) / 12x (DVD)
CD / DVD write speed: 32x (CD) / 8x (DVD±R) / 2.4x (DVD+R DL)
CD / DVD rewrite speed: 16x (CD) / 4x (DVD±R)

I have successfully burned using both firewire and USB, and at pretty high speeds, too! Higher on Firewire, though.

Anyways, as I am getting a new computer with a SuperDrive, I am selling this.
It is now on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8754850562
I'll throw in a USB cable and a Firewire cable, too!

Oh, and let me add that though not natively recognized by OS X, if you run Patchburn, you can burn through Toast or iTunes, or whatever. Those are the two I've burned with, and it's worked great.

does it have light scribe??

No, only the some of the newest DVD-RW drives have that, and frankly, at the price of the DVD's for those...

This is a quality drive.

I have the 16x model, and it is beautiful at burning.
