It's so...busy....

But I guess you can access anything from the frontpage - which is nice....

I don't know; the ads are huge and then there's tons of text and buttons everywhere.

Can you clean it up? Simplicity = bliss.

agreed. i find the three different menus confusing - can they not be combined into one? (maybe with drop downs so you see what's in each section before you there)
it just doesn't quite look like a home page somehow (i found the layout easier once you got into the subsections). perhaps one ad as a rotating banner? (although i can't stand banners :confused: ) and maybe move the sidebar over to the right or make it thinner - a bit less dominant.
And the text is jamming up against the right hand side of the textbox in the subsections (might just be a safari thing)

otherwise very slick :)

apologies if this is overly critical - my job consists largely of working out what's wrong with things, sometimes hard to shake out of it.

have to adapt our corporate site to the same colour scheme shortly - not looking forward to it.

over all it is a bit busy (as other's have mentioned) but the thing that's bugging me the most is the background, it doesn't seem to be tied into the design very much to the point that it's almost "louder" than the site itself. I'd tone down both the white & the blue that the gradiant are made up of. Just turn down the saturation a bit.

think unity.... your layout is decent, just it looks like 10 ppl patched it together with a solid vision in mind. Talk with the marketing people at the place, and ask them what kind of image they want to portray on their website then you should go after that vision and design.
