Has any1 ordered thru transintl.com?

I ordered an upgrade card for my 1999 Powerbook G3 400mhz. I am still waiting for the PowerLogix BlueChip G4 LS from them. I checked their website daily to see the progress of my order and it still has "Order Being Processed". I was wondering if you guys have ever dealt with them and are they normally nonresponsive to emails?

I got the vram upgrade for my rev A iMac from them, service was fine. I didn't have to deal with them through email or anything so I can't comment on that, but I can say that my experience with them (while admittedly some time ago) was positive.

I ordered two 512 Mb ram chips for my Pismo from them about a year and a half ago with no problems at all. For that one transaction, they performed as perfectly as is possible.
