I've been using my network mount to bring my music and podcasts to work so my iPod has lost its use for me.
I have a 2nd Generation 6 GB Green iPod Mini. It's scratchless and comes with a FireWire cable as well. It'll also come with a neoprene InCase belt clip. The only thing that's missing is the Apple headphones. I bought it back in August and it's still under its 1-year warranty and holds a great charge.
I'm quite happy to say that the iPod Mini's metal finish is scratchless. The click wheel is very responsive and clean.
