UPDATE as of 02/10/2006: Equipment will now sell for $2,250.00 not including shipping of your choice. PM me and see the last replies to this thread.
I am in need of paying some debts ASAP, I will be selling my Mac Equipment. Honest sell, please consider the following:
Powermac G4. The very latest revision and most powerful G4 in it's class. Dual Processor, 1.42 each. I bought this beauty one month before the debut of the G5. Never repented from buying it.
Came with 512 Mb of RAM and I upgraded another 512 totaling now 1 Gb. (Expandable to 2 Gb).
This latest revision came ready for an Airport Extreme Card, which I just bought 3 months ago. The Airport Card is brand new and fully fiunctional.
Also, with it I will give the "Crystal like" Apple Cinema Display 20 Inches.
Display is absolutely in full working condition. However, when I bought this display, it has 1 single pixel that is not working. (looks like green dot) Never bother me, it is quite insignificant, since it is located at the bottom of the screen at 7 O' Clock)
All original Software, install disks, with Jaguar OS and peripherals will be included and I will add Panther OS disks if desired.
I will sell my Powermac to you in factory settings.
I will also give my Microsoft Wireless Mouse. (Two button mouse with scroll wheel.
I am already offering it among my peers, and I wanted to offer it here too. I will sell the equipment in $2,700 or give me your best offer. Open to negotiation.

Still, Office included to it is worth something.
I don’t mind your comments, I am still offering my set up within my peers within that price range and it is accepted. However, does your comments come matched up with an offer? Price could be workable.
You know? Outside of everything, we really get to love this machines because we are apple users and we are proud of that, and we appreciate the value of them and know what they can do. Not unlike when i was a PC user and you would even buy parts to make a cheap and workable machine. In the other hand, of course, we know what the market does in terms of devaluation I spent a big amount for this setup, which no one will care for it, but, that doesn't take away the fact of the vaule based on what the machine can do. G4's 1.42 Dual were taken out of the market immediately when the G5's came out. Those were the only ones that could compete with the new G5's at that time, and still, these machines are somewhat compared to G5's or performing better than them in certain areas.
In summary, you might be right in your comments, but I know the value of a reliable machine.
My humble opinion,
Cheers.

Please, don't worry.
Unfortunately, I am not able to accept trades. I must pay some debts as I stated in my first post. But I surely appreciate your generous offer.
And, please excuse me, I did not intended to ignore your post.
Thanks Again!

Just taken now...
You can barely notice, but the airport express card is there.
One dead pixel in the screen, if you can notice it.

Exterior. The only blemish is the mirror drive has 3 scratches made by my baby. (you can't see them in this picture.)
My e-bay name is gusanitoverde, check my feedback.
Do not overlook the software offer, which amounts considerably to the sell of this powermac.
I offer a picture of it.

Could you please list the software. It looks like
MS Office
OSX
Quicken
?
?
Office is $149 ($100 after rebate and that includes 3 full install keys)
Quicken is cheap ($79) BTW Quilen 2006 comes for free in new PowerMacG5s', I know this as I just but a PowerMac G5 Dual 2.7
OSX comes with the PowerMac when you buy it new
The other two discs I can't tell what they are? I doubt they are full installs of Adobe Photshop, Illustrator, Pagemaker etc as well as the latest versions.

I understand that the price may seem exaggerated to you, as it doesn't to me. We al get lucky to find good deal once in a while. I won't comment further into what I said regarding the value of my workstation. I respect this place and it's people since they all have been of very good to me. I have gotten my best advice from all of you. I was a PC user and this is my first and very loyal Powermac. The advice in this forums allowed me to make my transition to Mac easier and still up to now I am learning from this place. I will not drop the price because of coments, but I am open to negotiation. I know that there is someone out there that could take advantage of this good machine.
While the discussion goes, the price stands and the machine awaits it's new owner.

I would like to stress what I wrote since post #1. Why the hasty comments? If anyone is interested, open negotiation is at hand. Again, I will not drop the price because of hasty comments. But interested people at least could try a reasonable offer, right?

I had friendly advice and also I am no longer in a rush of selling the equipment. Payment will be accepted through paypal and shipment will be at your expense and choice. As I said before I have all the original packaging, the styrofoam is scratched since I had it under my bed, but all packaging I have in a good enough condition to protect the items. If interested PM me. and let's make a deal. I will not go any lower.
Thanks.
