Legally you cant transfer the license of any Apple EDU software, that would include selling it. Adobe has the same rules, as do most all software companies.

Hey are you really interested or do you just do this on every thread? I've noticed that regardless of the machine, you always ask as though you're interested.

Back on topic, to the seller, how much for the imic and when you said "old" by "old" do you mean worn out or were there other revisions of the item?

office X is the version number. it is the version before 2004, and they called it office x. i think 2001. vpc: version 5. includes windows 2000. both include product numbers. i should mention that i did try to install vpc once, and it didn't tick. i am trying to install now to see if i can figure it out.

just out of curiousity, you think connecting to an external monitor is still halving the video ram? i mean, the ibook doesn't technically have a clamshell mode so that the hardware knows to dedicate the entire vram amount to just the external screen.

thats a good question. i checked in the monitor prefrences and it showed it didn't recognize the built in display, so it must be using all of it on the external.

No, I did. Please do not claim my work as yours. Keep in mind guys, the iBook still has some small metal rods where the screen used to attach. Dremeling was a bitch and I gave up. It may be possible to go through the inside and get them out, though.

ack forgot. but i can't get over there till friday (agian).. will try not to forget this time..

to hold you off, here are some details from what i can remember. 1 mic track, 2 mic/phono tracks, and 2 line in tracks. cross fader, auido meters, and headphone singular line monitoring. All in reasonable shape, orange cap to one of the knobs came off, replaced by dust, and i recently lost a slider cap, but i may be able to find it. I recently opened it up, dusted the insides, screwed in a screw that had undone itself and was making noise in there, and removed the plastic side bars. Includes the mixer, and the AC adaptor.

Just to help, I took my broken screen off of my iBook 1.42GHz 14".

If you took it off properly there should be no metal things pointing out, in which there is in that photograph. I took my screen off the correct way, following iFixit's guides.

And to this day it works great - if I were you I'd open it up again and do it properly.

If mxlews backs out, I will gladly take that mixer off your hands. :)
