Hey everyone, I've got some nice silicon skins/cases for sale. I have a whole bunch for iPod shuffles, but very limited quantities for the iPod Mini. Here's what I've got:

iPod Shuffle
Very nice silicon skin...one of the better ones I've used. Rather than a separate portion for the cap, this has a slit that let's two pieces of the case fold back for easy, instant access to the USB port. This is also better than the ones where the cap cover isn't connected except on one side, because sometimes you really have to stretch the case to get the cap off. There's an open area on the back to access the control slider, too. The battery button can be pressed through the silicon fine. I have a few different colors. The colors are REALLY light, and just a very light shade, not like full, rich die, or anything.

Colors available: Green, Blue, Pink, and Clear.

iPod Mini
iPod Mini silicon skin/case. Open area for screen, click wheel, and top & bottom ports.

Colors available: Green

Price: $4 shipped for iPod shuffle skins/cases, $5 shipped for iPod Mini skins/cases
Shipping to the continental USA only. Shipping via USPS. Payments via PayPal, please.

Send me a PM if you're interested to reserve your color!
Ryan

What brand(s) are these 'skins'?

Hey Max -- They're not a "brand"...at least they don't have a brand present on them. I got them in a small lot figuring it would be cool to keep one of each color (to shuffle colors every now and then...lol), give some as gifts, and then sell the rest (there's not THAT many left). They are pretty durable though, and they fit the shuffle awesome.

I thought there'd be more interest in these than there is. I'd hate to have to make an ebay listing for these...I hate selling multiple things on ebay at one time. :(

Just to boost interest, I'll give the first person that PMs me a second shuffle skin at half price when you purchase the first one...that means 2 of them, shipped, for $6. I can't really sell them all for that because I mean...$4 shipped is pretty good...keep in mind the shipping cost + paypal fee..

I really don't want to be stuck with these...I'd be willing to go as low as $3 shipped for each one...that's an insane price if you think about the PayPal fees...

Please don't leave me stuck with all of these...

I don't think there are PayPal fees on $3, or it's just a few cents.

Yeah, thanks a ton for posting that in my thread, mxlews. :p FYI, it's $0.39 on $3 which is a good bit of it. $0.39 fee + $0.50 postage. So, it's not that bad, but it's a good portion of the $3. But I really just want to get rid of all of these.

If you want to make an offer for a few, go ahead, I'll accept it if it's decent.

how do they work with the plastic lanyard thing? I got one of these skins but it doesn't have a cut out for the necklace thingie.

They're not really made for use with the lanyard, but it definitely "works" with it. I use mine like that all the time, here's quick picture:

The little "flaps" just rest on the top of the lanyard's cap instead of fitting around it like they would on the regular cap.

Actually, if you wanted to, I guess you could cut the skin right where the "cap" part starts and you would be free to use either one. I just use mine with the lanyard all the time like in the picture though...works good.

Let me know if you're interested!

Still have any clear shuffle cases left? I'm just waiting for my shuffle to arrive by mail, but I think it'd be a good idea to have one of these for running. Would you accept $4 shipped to Ireland? Feel free to PM me or post a reply here.

Thanks!

Holy bump batman! :p

I still have the ones available on my last update.

2 Pink - $price discounted due to unpopular color...please PM for price.
3 Blue - $3 or great discount for multiple

I've personally never shipped anything overseas or anywhere besides in the U.S. so I have no clue how to do it or how much you think it will cost. I've been just putting them in regular envelopes with bubble wrap and packing tape around them (I'm like a packing freak....I over do it, I know).

So, any idea on the cost of shipment? Just from a random guess...I'm thinking it'll probably cost over $4 just to ship. :(

I just found a rate chart at http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/immicl/immiclhk_010.html

If you drop the case in a regular envelope it should only cost 0.84 - not bad at all!

Just one question - is the sliding switch on the back of the shuffle totally exposed in the case? Do you think could take a picture of the back of the case and post it?

Thanks!
