I was using my 5 gig iPod this afternoon when it "froze" at the beginning of a song -- it doesn't respond to any buttons whatsoever. I tried plugging it into the computer/charging it, but it doesn't make any difference. Do I just have to wait for it to run out of batteries, or is there anything else I can try?

This happened to me, hold these buttons for 10 seconds, the "menu", centre button and play/pause. That should reboot it.
