Not really an Apple website....it's a fan website about Apple. Your title is deceptive, maybe change it to "new website about Apple" or something like that.
Other than that, looks pretty good.

many people like my banner? was a question and the answer to that is that your banner sucks in my opinion. I'm like many people...and I don't like it. It looks like the apple store exploded on your banner.

It looks like plagiarism exploded all over his site, in a less than clean layout. If you want to report on issues, then by all means, go ahead. Don't, however, take other peoples' work and just slop it all on a site and call it yours. I can easily get this exact word-for-word information on apple's site/macrumors.

Can I ask what the goal of your site is? As others have said it just seems to be a combination of MR and Apple website - maybe you need to think of something a bit unique to attract people to your site.
