Just got it today - decided I'd rather have a 2GB scratched one instead. This thing is brand new, in packaging, I can ship a DLO hard case with it as well.

Right now taking best serious offers, if I don't get close to what I paid I'll just return it.

Possibly taking any trades for it, I just spent the last of my money (I could trade something plus about $50 (that's all I have left).)

Well I paid taxes on it. AND I said "close" to what I paid. Right now I need the cash and don't want to wait to return to Apple.
