View Full Version : Help my friend!!! Printer Problems!!

My friend has just bought an eMac and he is having printer problems.
He has a HP 3820 printer and whenever he tries to print it says priinter drivers not installed.
He has installed the drivers already what is going on!!!

Apparently Apple supplied the drivers for the printer, but the latest driver update may be on www.hp.com

If the latest driver is installed, you may not have you print setup configured correctly.

Go to Applications>Utilities>Print Center, delete the selected printer, then add it again.

That'll do it.
