Starcraft on Intel Mac?

I'm a big Starcraft player and I'll need a new laptop within the next year or so (its been banged up hard from travelling so much, and the screen has dead or dying pixels and Apple won't replace the screen). I want to know if Starcraft runs on an Intel Mac (save for the Campaign Editor, which is OS9 only, and I know there is no classic on Intel Macs), specifically a MacBook Pro. If it does run, how well does it run? Is it good enough for heavy play?
