I'm selling my baby...my iBook G3. But there's some problems with it.
1) The screen doesn't work... It got progressively bad when opening/closing the hinge, and now it doesn't work at all--backlight or screen itself. I don't think it's a logic board problem, but almost positive it's broken wires in the hinge.
2) The bottom arrow key is popped off, when I dropped a textbook on it (opps).
3) The battery doesn't really charge...you kinda have to take out the battery, put it back in, and then watch for the orange "charging" light.
But that's it... it has no dead pixles, brand new AC adapter, VGA adapter, and all manuals and stuff. Also has a working Airport card.
30GB HD, 800MHz, 384 RAM, CDRW/DVD drive.
It DOES start up, and (99% sure) will work if I connect it to an external display. I just haven't tested that yet.
It is was trusty computer, before I sell, does anyone know how much it would cost to fix? I am willing to trade if somebody has an older iBook as I just need a laptop occasionally for traveling or when I work on school work outside of my room.
