Hi guys,
my pro mouse doesn't work correctly and I don't know why...
Sometimes it disappears and appears again far away from where it originally was...
or moves with no reasons!....
Can you help me?

PS: The mouse is new and I always use it on reccomended surfaces...

Thanks a million!

I have been having these problems for a while! I even bought a new Pro mouse and it was the exact same problem! I have the right surface and even used mouse mats to sort it out, but when I restart it seems to be fine again for about another week or so!

i've been having the same problem, but i don't want to call apple, because i'll have to pay like 45 dollars for the call. I'm still well within my 1 year warrenty, but my 90 days of phone support are up. what should i do??

If a pro mouse if fairly cheap, I would just buy a new mouse, and if it that one doesn't work, call Apple.

well, they're 60 bucks, and my mouse isnt broken enough to justify buying one, its more of just an annoyance. :(

prolly go wireless while you were at it.

really? cool. are you still within your 90 days? because if its free then whats the advantage of buying the apple care and extending your phone support past the 90 days? hmmm....

if you don't wanna pay the $45, just go to an apple store...they'll take care of it for you.

But for $45, you can get another mouse perhaps?

I know that the Pro Mice are really good...for me maybe...it really cut down on the amount of time i have to spend just sitting there because my hands are too sore to do anything.
