I just bought some Apple Pro Speakers and I didn't think they'd be SO GOOD. I only have a iMac G5 and a Power Mac G3 B&W but I'd still like to use them. I'm looking for a Griffin iFire so I can use it them with unsupported Macs.

I have PayPal and I live in the lower 48 states of the United States.

Well, I have one that I used on a Mac Mini (that I sold through MR recentyl) It was only used for about 4-5 months. How much you looking to spend with shipping?

Edit: Do you by chance have a PCI USB card that has at least ONE internal port on it? If you have a PCI USB/Firewire with an internal USB port that would be even better... I'd be looking to Trade if you have one of these.

Shipping should only be $5-10 at most. In the US that is.

Are they on a PCI card?

Are they on a PCI card?No they're on the internal bus. It'd be the ONLY FireWire ports I'd be using on either machine. The USB on both have just mice and keyboards plugged in. I can get a USB 2.0 card for the Power Mac. I was planning on doing it anyways.

Yeah, that's basically what I was looking for.

Well, if you can get like a four port PCI card (with an internal port) then I would just consider like 6 bucks shipping.

If not, total would be about 26 with shipping. I live in Aurora, Colorado.

lemme know.

Why do I need the extra USB ports? I'm not splitting the onboard bus power for either USB or FireWire. I have ports already open.

It's FireWire powered.

Houston we have a problem...

You two are talking past each other.

First poster:
You want an iFire so you can use those Apple Speakers

Respondent:
You have one you'd consider trading for a USB card that has an internal port.

What's missing? Well the First Poster did not read the respondents post completely.

No, no. I'M LOOKING FOR THE PCI CARD so I can have an internal bluetooth USB dongle on MY powermac.

So basically: If you have one, I want it in trade for the iFire. If not, I want 26 bucks.

lol Thanks for trying to get this straight Cho. lol

lol Thanks for trying to get this straight Cho. lolI don't have a PCI card like that sadly. I do on my work machine and it does have internal port. Brilliant place to put a BT dongle in there.

Just PM me your PayPal email and I'll send those $26 for you. It's the iFire, right? :D
