Question about JBL Creatures and Powerbook?

I have JBL Creatures and they worked great with my imac, just plug and play. I just received my new 15 inch powerbook today, and they are not working with it?? Is there something I do not know, or could the input on the powerbook be defective? I purchased it new, and everything else is working flawlessly. Thanks.

they worked fine with my PB ...

if you have a pair of headphones, try them with the PowerBook. it they work, try toggling the Crestures on/off.

Ignore me, I am a nerd. They are working fine. (it helps if you plug them into the right input. doh)
