DP 1Ghz --> 1.43 Ghz

Is it possible to upgrade my dual 1 ghz to the new 1.43 w/o changing the whole computer.
if so..how much do you think it'd be and how much faster will it be? do you think i would notice it?

It should be possible if you currently have a DDR Powermac if not probably not. If you do have a DDR mac it will still probably be a year before the upgrade market even gets close to that. Expect prices in excess of $1,000 though.

Speed wise expect half again your current performance.
