Software Update

I've recently bought 10.2 and I'm dying to update it with i-cal, safari...etc, the only problem is the version I have is simply 10.2
My internet connection is far too slow (56k modem), and the software update which would install 10.2.3 (combo) is 60.4mb (which I reckon would take about 10 years to download) ....oh not only this but when I've sat down to download after about 2 hours it stops saying there was an error. Is there any way I can bypass the long download time....and how can I stop these blasted errors !??!!

Couldn't you update in increments? I mean, that way you could do it over a course of a few days instead of all at once.

Apple's website has the update in something like 15 pieces. Try that.
