Monitor moving! Help

what's happening to my monitor? it's moving to all sides whilst mouse contact, big prob. Please help :(

You may have accidentally turned on zooming. Try pressing option + command + - to see if that fixes the problem.

You can disable zoom in System Preferences, under Universal Access, under the Seeing tab.
