Don't know but I would try temporarily removing your WTF, WDB and Interface folders from the WoW folder (put them somewhere safe like on the Desktop), and restarting the game. Also try repairing permissions in Disk Utility, there seem to be some issues with that in 1.10 (let's say, for example, you didn't have the correct permissions set for WoW to be able to read the TOS text from some file).

Okay, I did both... And then, after all that, its still not working it is doing the same thing, what can I do?
Where can I/ how can I reinstall patch because I don't think the Terms were downloaded and I'd like to do it directly.

My FPS has also dropped, and when i bring the map up i can't see over the maps edges, it just blacks the rest of the screen that the map dos't cover.

In your WoW folder there's a file named something like WoW-1.9.4-1.10.0-update.app, just run it to reinstall the update.

Also it takes an age for the boat map, screen to go.
Almost been taken on a return trip back to Darkshore because of that.
Note to Blizzard methinks.
