If it requires OS 9, you're SOL. Classic is not supported on the Intel machines. I think it's time to start getting on Blizzard's case for Diablo 3 (and StarCraft: Ghost, and StarCraft 2...)

There is an OSX native installer (patch) you can download from Blizzard's web site. Then Rosetta should take over from there (hopefully).

I'm pretty sure if you go to blizzard's site they have an os X native installer for Diablo II.

It's been mentioned in another thread that I'm presently too lazy to dig up, but be sure to also turn on software rendering instead of using openGL, else it won't run properly.
