PowerMac G4 400MHz
32MB GeForce2 MX
512MB PC100RAM (2x256, 4 slots total)
40GB WD hard drive
DVD-ROM
ZIP 100
Adaptec SCSI card (not sure of model)
Gigabit ethernet
2x USB (one used by keyboard, but the keyboard has a 2-port USB hub, where one of those will be used by the mouse...the net total availble USB hubs after having a keyboard/mouse would be 2)
2x FireWire
Audio out, Mic input
3 PC 32MHz 64-bit slots (accept standard PCI cards as well)
I'll throw in a retail CD set of OS X 10.3 with the development tools. As an introduction to OS X, it's a very good machine; it supports Quartz Extreme so the GUI is pretty *AND* smooth. CPU is upgradable, and the best price for CPU upgrades is probably http://www.provantage.com if you search for Sonnet. They've got upgrades ranging from 1GHz to 1.8GHz, as well as some duals, I think. I just don't have a use for it given that I have a 1.8GHz G5.
I'm located at ZIP code 61554. Asking $225 shipped, which based on recent and current eBay auctions, the sale prices on websites like MacOfAllTrades.com, etc, seems to be pretty cheap.
