View Full Version : Using PS2's HD as a Mac Hard disk

I have 2 broken PS2's in my house and I did a search on google but it did not come up with anything so Im turning to the good old guys and girls here.
Can I use the PS2's Hard disk as a hard disk for my mac ??? If yes then Please tell me how to do it !!

it looks like a regular harddrive. so if you have an extra slot in your computer. and the ata cables. which almost all mac towers have. you should be able to use disk utilities to reformat the drive. it will not show up on the desktop with out it being reformated..(unless you have a firewire case, which then it may) so now you have a nice 40 gig hd to play with. oh make sure you have it as a slave drive.
