Safari Bookmarks Does Not Work

Cannot add bookmarks. Besides that, I get the following pop-ups when I try to launch Safari:

"An unexplained problem occurred while saving bookmarks." (OK)

"Safari wants permission to decript item"Safari forms Autofill" in keychain[my name] Do you want to allow this?"
(Deny) (Allow Once)(Always Allow)

What should I do?
