Cool... its nice to look back at the old times... remembering how much shock it gave the world...

to get to the point...

i went to the apple site.. and wanted to check out something about the specs of the new iMac, and for the URL, I typed

http://www.apple.com/imac/techspecs.html

instead of /specs.html... and guess what? the old site from when the graphite iMac was released suddenly popped up with a sign at the top of the page:

[an error occurred while processing this directive]

well...... i found that

http://www.apple.com/imac/features.html

and

http://www.apple.com/imac/dv.html

show the old iMacs...

well not much, but still nice to look at.. and I wonder why Apple still kept them up......

hey eyelikeart,

twenty more to go

when you hit that four digit magic number, i may just reactivate jefhatfield and go for it myself and retire networkman

hardly anybody seems to attack networkman even though the handle mentions pc techie

Yeah, Apple seems to have this tendency to keep old stuff up on their web site. Ever try doing a search in Sherlock for Apple PR's? You come up with all sorts of old fun stuff, like the B/W G3's, original iMacs, original iBooks, etc. And all high-resolution images, of course. :D

I haven't been so active this week due to having just way too many things going on at one time....but hopefully I can get back more now...

I think u should jump back to jefhatfield just for fun...

and I think I'm going to vote u for the best posts....

there are some here who don't like me too much it seems because my posts "suck" but I don't really care much.... :p
