xbox 360 controller in a mac or win machine?

Since the 360 controller is a usb input device can it work in my intel mac or hp machine.Thanks for any info. I have tried other controllers in the past and never had them work 100%. I was looking to play tron and doom3.

well, the xbo 360 ironically runs on a G5. too bad you switched to intel, but do you have a ppc mac? that may work:cool:

It should work fine on either machine. I've never had a problem with it on my Mac. You may need a driver for it, though. I got one from Apple's support site and there are a couple of others out there.
And although the Xbox 360 runs on a PPC chip, it is not a G5.
