Check the printing on the DVD to see if it says something like "only to be sold as part of a hardware package."

Says part of a hardware bundle, but acts just like my standalone iLife... Hmmm

Mine comes in a cellophane sleeve that says

"iLife Mini Drop in Kit. Not for Resale"

In general, any software that comes bundled with a computer is non-resellable. If it says part of a bundle, then:
"All components of the Apple Software are provided as part of a bundle and may not be separated from the bundle and distributed as standalone applications."
