It isn't a 3rd party mod. The required code/skin is already present in the game. I believe you need 3rd party software to find it, but the "boobs" were put there by the Elder Scrolls programmers.

sounds stupid for the developer to be putting that into the game, it's like they were just asking for trouble, and well they found it. It's funny they play the innocent game now. I mean, they included and created the tectures and everything.

It was probably just an internal joke among the devs. It doesn't seem to be accessible without hacking the game some. I doubt they thought someone would ever find it.

Yes they are very important if a game gets an M rating some stores will pull it from the shelves.

I have yet to see a store pull a game for an M rating. But i just shop at EB or Target for video games, or buy them straight from nintendo
