New iBook CD Burning Problems

Hey! My friends iBook is having a problem, he bought a stack of 50 Memorex CD-Rs (80 mins) and everytime her puts one in his iBook it says Error 3326 and it automatically ejects the CD!!! Whats going on!!

What are the specs of the machine, and what OS are they running?

it could be the type of cd as that has happened to me before. Try downloading another version of the disc burning software (or is that only os9).. or just use toast, should be open before you insert the cd.
