I'm after a gift card sent to my email address for the US iTunes Music Store.

I want a $10 gift certificate.

They usually have them at the local pharmacy. I'm heading that way tomorrow. I can try to get one if you want.

if you show tell me how to email you the certificate and send me the $ first, I could do it for ya. I'd just want you to send the $10.61, so it's exactly $10. (extra sixty-one cents quoted from http://ppcalc.com/)

edit: I can buy iTunes certificates with PayPal, right? the only reason I'd want it before is because I have $0 in my PP account.

No, with a giftcard you can just enter whatever you like. The way I got an account in the US (I'm in Canada) is from winning a song during the pepsi promotion a couple years ago. With that, I was able to set up an account.
