I was wondering if i could use the memory in my iMac DV SE 400 graphite on my new 867 G4. I'm kind of broke right now after I ordered the computer. hehe

I would say no, where abouts are you? I have a spare 256mb chip for a powermac G4 sitting here in England! it will be sold for a REALLY cheap price as its no use to me!
