General Discussion is sort of a waste-basket for everything else... while the Help forum is specific Mac-related questions/answers. I think the new area will probably take a lot of what has been going into General Discussion.

Give it a few days, and I think things will start falling in the right place.

this is great! lately there have been numerous general discussion posts about problems users are having...and even though this is supposed to be a rumors site, it's a great step! :p

it's sort of like having a rumors site combined with a support/tech help site....

A private contributor's forum - with access to unedited news/rumor submissions... basically a playground for contributor's.

If arn wanted you to know what the Private forum was, it wouldn't be private would it. :)
