I use a Dr. Bott KVM (it's gettin' kinda flaky on me though). I'd recommend looking at Belkin.com (http://www.belkin.com/). It probably won't be the cheapest in town, but it will be quality and you won't be disappointed w/it.

i have used a belkin ps/2 kvm switch connecting a linux box, windoze, and a mac (using a belkin ps/2 - usb adapter) and it worked great. it even supported switching from the keyboard. the only problem i have ever had was using a microsoft wireless mouse. sometimes after switching machines, the mouse would jump around until a reboot.

I'm surprised at the price of KVMs, but yeah, i've seen them used pretty successfully. that one looks OK, but i recommend a belkin, unless it's significantly over 100$.
