I'm just looking to see how much people are willing to pay for my this camera package.

I'm selling the Panasonic FX-9 camera. It's a 6 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, 2.5" LCD, 3x optical zoom, long battery life (350+ shots), easy to use. I've taken over 3,000 photos trouble free shots with the camera over the past six months, and it has travelled with me across the country from Minnesota to New Orleans to Georgia. It is scratch free, durable body, and there are no surface defects. The camera box includes a battery, the battery charger, AV and USB cables, the original 16 MB SD card, and all documentation.

I'll also throw in an extra battery, 512 SD Card (88x), and a camera case.

Anyway for reference, Amazon, the site itself, still sells it new for $399, I see prices new from other places for $339. The camera is still in excellent condition, I'm hoping the whole package is worth at least $300. What do you think?

I might be interested in this camera, and not just fake interested like all of the 15 year-olds that clutter this forum. Could you please throw up a few pictures, I mostly want to see the "surface defects" you mention. Also, can you tell me more about the case you want to include? Unless it's a slim case I wouldn't be interested.

As far as price, I may be looking at a different page than you, but I don't see amazon selling it for $399. I see Other sellers on amazon selling new models for $339 and Refurbs for $250.

Thanks iHotu, I forgot to look up prices on the FX-01. I'm surprised it is cheaper than the FX-9 it replaces, but I didn't look at B+H. As for the noise, yes there are noise, but most and point and shoot cameras will have noise. It isn't too distracting if you look at the images tho', and can be removed. If one is looking for a noise free camera then look at the Fuji F10/11/30.

@adk: Oops I meant to say no surface defects, my mistake. Scratch-free and no surface defects. Once my Ricoh R4 comes in, I can take pictures of the camera for your own eyes.

The case is slim, fits the camera snugly. I bought it as a horizontal belt mounted case. I bought it from this (http://www.cutecamcase.com/panasonic_case.html) place (incidently the battery is from here as well), so this is pretty much what the case looks like:

I have a few photo galleries (for picture quality) from New Orleans when I first got my camera on my website (http://www.achesonpt.com/johnpaul/Home/New%20Orleans%20122505.html), as well as a recent photo gallery (last weekend) on my Multiply (http://overachiever.multiply.com/photos/album/1) site.

I see a refurbished on ebay for $220 + $20 shipping, people probably won't pay $300 for this then?
