My G4 won't allow me to use my scanner and printer in the same operating system.

I have an epsom 2100 printer that will only work in OS9, and a scanner that will only operate in OSX, does anybody know how to get them to work together. I am not fussed which platform, it would just be brilliant if I could get them to operate in the same operating system!!! If anyone can help it would be most appreciated as I am pulling out my hair, and as I have a shaved head that is not a good thing.!!!

GIMP-Print will allow you to use the Epson 2100 printer natively inside OS X without any problems...

Download it and install. It is free! This has saved me many headaches when dealing with older HP and Epson printers under OS X.
