Hey all,

Spring cleaning has come late this year. I bought a lot of stuff while in college that I thought I would use but no longer do so I am selling them here. Here is the breakdown

SOLD
30GB iPod Video White
Comes with box, unopened headphones and included protective sleeve
Also comes with wall charger and NEW USB cable (other one failed and had to be replaced by Apple)
Comes with all disc and included documentation

There are minor surface scratches from normal use. This unit was purchased shortly after the video ipod was annoucned and has been used very little. The battery still holds its full charge. There are no dead pixels on the screen and the unit functions beautifully. I am looking for about $200 shipped as I want to be fair since it is used. PM me if you are interested. I will post pics when I get home.

SECOND ITEM

I have a Palm Tungsten E2 PDA that is in PERFECT condition. It has been in a carrying case the entire time I have owned it. It is only a few months old and has a 1GB flash card installed. You can even use it to play MP3s if you wish. It is Bluetooth compatible and syncs beautifully with iSync. I will post pictures of this tonight as well. I am looking for about $200 shipped INCLUDING the leather carrying case, screen protector and 1GB flash card upgrade. This would cost about $300 in all if you bought everything new.

Here is a link for more info. http://www.palm.com/us/products/handhelds/tungsten-e2/

Thanks all. Let me know if you are interested and we can work out a deal.

Got pictures of either item? I'm particularly interested in the Palm, if it's got WiFi. Site didn't say, so I presume not :(

EDIT: After re-reading your post, I see you're posting pictures tonight. **slaps self on forehead with nearest slab of metal**

No wifi on the palm unfortunately but I will post pics tonight. The palm is in perfect condition. The ipod has some minor surface scratching so I want to get some good pics of that so there are no surprises for the buyer.

Is it possible for the Palm to be upgraded with WiFi? Are there any cards that can do that?

If not, how does Bluetooth internet work? Do you need a cell phone for that? (I have a blood vendetta against cell phones...)

I don't believe you can add a wifi adapter BUT the bluetooth appears to be capable of connecting to the web. There is a web browser installed on the device as well which leads me to believe you can do so. I have never tried as I have only used the bluetooth to sync with my computer.

What's the battery life like on this beast? How many hours of continuous use do you usually get out of it? How long does it take to charge?

I've never used iSync before, yet, for some reason I have the impression that it requires a .Mac membership to use...is that right?

Also, suppose I have a digital camera that uses SD memory cards to store pictures...could I plug a card full of pics directly into the expansion slot on the Palm, view them, and then upload them wirelessly to iPhoto with iSync?

I like having little gizmos that do everything I want of them, haha :o

Wow lots of questions haha. Let me see if I can answer them for you.

I usually only charge the battery once a week on this thing with use on and off throughout the day. I don't have an exact time figure as it turns itself off after a few mins. It last a very long time tho.... much longer than any pocket PC devices.

You do not have to have .mac to use iSync. iSync can be used with .mac if you wish but it is also used for syncing with other items like cell phones (which I do all the time) and PDAs.

Third, you could use the card in your camera but I do not believe you can view images straight from the card to the device. To view images on it, they have to be loaded with the included software as it resizes them.

Let me know if you have any other questions :)

After much request, I have added a link to pictures of both items in the original post. There are a lot so I did it this way to save those users on dialup from almost dying clicking on my thread ;)

I am not interested in the divice (well i am but i can't justify the money right now) but you can get wifi for this thing. Do an Amazon or google search for wifi SD card. Basically you plug in the wifi SD card into the SD card slot and from there you can use wifi. The one draw back to this is that the SD slot is then in use and it is impossible to put another card in at the same time.

Hope that helps

You are right. It is a video not a photo... I was typing this while at work and mildly distracted. If a mod would like to change the title that would be great :)

Deal on iPod Video fell thru so it is back up for sale again (palm still for sale also). I have dropped the price to $200 shipped. Also, could the mods edit my title to iPod Video instead of Photo if one should read this. I was going to let it go but now that it is for sale again I want to make sure it shows up right. Thanks :)
